Healthy cooking is a necessity to maintain our health.  Preparing food is an art that one can acquire by just following a recipe, going to cooking school, or by a natural ability to cook foods or by learning to cook from your mother.
 
Cooking can be a joy. One thing above all, however simple
the meal we cook, it must be done well. If we don't we can endanger our health.
 
Cooking overdone food can make us sick.
Cooking underdone food can make us sick
Cooking bad food can kill us.
 
So healthy cooking is of major importance in our everyday lives.
 
If you can read, you can cook. The recipe books are clear.
They are not a major science. When you get good at cooking
the recipes, you can change them according to your wants and
needs. You don't have to be a gourmet cook , just cook healthy.

with. It stores the appliances that are very necessary in food

It's the place you go to in the morning and get that cup of life's

the way to stay young.  Keeping my mind fresh and
reading loads of books helps also.  Please discount
the romance novels.  When it comes to wellness,
fitness and beauty I know what I am talking about.

RECIPES FOR HEALTH
 
  EATING TO KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF
 
In order to feel and look great you have to
watch what you eat.  Now that doesn't mean eliminating
the food you love!  Just be aware of what you eat,
how much you eat, and also why you eat and you will
be taking a big step towards looking and feeling terrific.
 
Are you happy with the way you look and how much you weigh? 
If you feel you need to make changes in your life,
first decide if changing your eating and exercising
habits is really going to cause you to feel 
better about yourself.
 
Lyla started looking at her life and found the things
that made her happy.  They were simple things,
like reading, using the computer and exercising. 
Then Lyla changed her eating habits.  She replaced habits
of a lifetime with other things that distracted her.
 
Lyla tried all kinds of diets, and none of them ever
worked for her.  She would lose a little weight,
and then gain back even more.  In her youth there
was a serious weight problem.
 
The sad fact is that sometimes weight steals up on you. 
No one likes it when their clothes suddenly don't fit. 
Then you have to make a decision whether to buy bigger
size clothing or try to lose a little weight.  However
as soon as you start the diet , you feel deprived. 
The answer to all this is do  what's best for you. 
This is what has worked for Lyla.  Throw those diets
in the garbage can.  Do it yourself. 
You know yourself and your body better than anyone.
 
If you really want to lose weight , you have to reduce
the amount of calories you consume.  Now that doesn't
necessarily mean changing what you eat.  It means
eating less of it.  It's that simple.  The good news is
that after you lose the weight you want to lose, you
won't have to limit the amount of food you eat.  As you
lose the weight you can reduce your calories until you
are losing 1 - 2 pounds a week.  After you get used to
eating the amount of food that allows your body to
maintain your ideal weight, just continue eating
the same way.  You won't gain the weight back! 
Should you start gaining weight again, it's because
you've let some kind of junk food back into your life again. 
If you see yourself starting to gain then just cut back.
 
Most diets don't work because they expect you to eat
differently than the rest of your family.  What happens
when you are off the diet?  You're back to eating the
way you used to.  The key is to change your current
eating habits. 
Don't starve yourself. 
Try following these self sustaining rules.  Help yourself.
 
Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day
(a problem for Lyla)
Eat one large meal a day and two smaller ones.
Limit caffein and Nutrasweet.  They can stimulate
your appetite
Limit sugar when possible.  It has a lot of calories,
makes you hungry, and causes mood swings.
Limit the number of snacks you eat, but make sure
to enjoy your favorites, even if fattening,
once in awhile.
Exercise every day.  Even if it's just walking or
working in your garden.
 
These simple rules could cause a major adjustment
in your life.  You could lose the weight you want. 
All you have to do is want it badly enough. 
The incentive is looking and feeling great.
 
It worked for Lyla.
